K seriously, Pizza is the freaking bomb-diggity. I mean, how can you NOT like Pizza? Way back in the day {6 months ago} I used to eat Pizza every Friday & Saturday night. So gross. I wish I was joking. But since I'm a changed woman now, you wont dare see me doing such shenanigans. But in all seriousness, that's what really contributed to my jiggle, back fat & roundness.
So today I'm going to share with you a recipe for a Skinny BBQ Chicken Pizza. This pizza is so low cal you could eat every day if you wanted to.
I have to warn you though. This pizza is going to rock your little world.
Lets begin.
You will need a Tortilla. I use a brand called Foodforlife. You can purchase it at Whole Foods. It's made with Brown Rice therefore making it Gluten Free. Yaaaaaay!
Next you will need to cook up some chicken. I use organic free range chicken because I don't want to put nasty antibiotics in my body. Ya feel?
Once you cook your chickie, mix 1 TBSP of GOOD BBQ Sauce. GOOD BBQ Sauce = BBQ Sauce that doesn't contain nasty ingreds. Like, High Fructose Corn Syrup. Ya dig?
I forgot about the cheeeeeese. Okay, you can use any cheeeeeeeese you want. Fat free, reduced fat, whatev. I personally used a Vegan Cheese I bought from Whole Foods. I am not a Vegan but sometimes I like to pretend I am.
So, grab your tortilla, sprinkle some queso on that bad boy and then dump the lovely BBQ Chicken Mixture on top.
Then add mushrooms, red onion, red pepper, olives, tomato & then a sprinkle of Arugula Micro Greens. Seriously these Arugula Micro Greens that I speak of are amazing and give the pizza a little snappity-snap-snap.
Bake on a cookie sheet for 10 min on 350 and enjoy!
