Hi everyone! I tried to post a video update but my computer wasn't allowing me to update--Grrr!
So today was Day 1 of my Insanity DVD's. The first workout DVD is called Plyometric Cardio Circuit. This starts out with a very fast paced warm up. Lots of jogging in place, jumping jacks, and various other moves to warm up the body. I was drenched in SWEAT and it was only the warm up-LOL! The rest of the workout consisted of explosive movements. Jumping squats, high knees with a constant jogging-in-place type of cardio.
This workout seriously kicked my butt and I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow! No pain no gain, right
